Juice of 3 Lemons

1,800 g Seedless Watermelon

2 Spanish onion – thinly sliced

1 Bunch Mint leaves

½ Bunch Flat Parsley leaves

160 g Pomegranate – seeds

60 g fresh grated Ginger

2 g Garlic – crushed

100 mL Extra Virgin Olive Oil
